All individual kit orders will be delivered via FedEx 2 Day Shipping.
If kits are needed overnight, please call Clinical Services at 888-552-8988 op. 1 to request an overnight shipment. Please note there is a maximum of 5 kits for all overnight shipments. Requests for overnight shipments need to be called in by 12:00PM PST or they will be processed the following business day by the supplier.
Auto replenishment and recurring kit orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Accounts must be activated or in the process of activation to receive clonoSEQ kits.
